When I visit South Korea last December 2018, one of the places that we considered to visit is Everland. I have heard to some of my friends that has got into this place is that they couldn’t relate to the place because they are not familiar with the mascots during the parade unlike when they go to places like Disney Land. haha. But in my opinion, the place is so good overall. You could find some of the extreme rides that you could see in most amusement park and they offer beautiful spots for your Instagram stories just to mention. hahaha. One thing that I could suggest to your itinerary is that when you visit this place, you should allot at least half of the day because this is a huge park to explore.

So your first question maybe, where did you buy your tickets to Everland? First things first, when you visit Everland, you will need to buy an entrance ticket like most amusement park offers. Well, good thing because Everland offers tickets through Klook. We bought the ticket in advance and pay it via credit card. The details is located below.

What I would suggest is to create first your day to day itinerary months before your visit and try to search if there is promo tickets available in Klook so that you could save a couple of bucks during your visit. You could spend your savings on other stuffs there anyways. Isn’t it amazing? haha.

Step 1 |Take Subway Line 2 》 Go to Gangnam Station 》 Take Exit 10

Step 2 | Ride Bus Number 5002 》 Get-off to Everland Station 》 Take the free shuttle bus to Everland

Once you enter the park, there is a stall there where you could get a map of the whole park. Good thing that it is also available in different languages. Then let’s go.

Since it is December when we visited the place, we just tried riding the lifts since it is an open air park and it’s so cold if we will try those extreme rides. It is also a means of transpo to get you from one location to another. You could also try riding the cable car but when we go there around afternoon, the line is so long that is why we just decided to try it during the evening.

One of the disadvantage of this park is their food choices. They only have limited food choices. Most of the restaurants available there are so pricey. We just decided to eat in KFC and just indulge on our dinner later after we get out of the park.

By the way, when we got there, so sad because the ferris wheel is not on operation.

During the late afternoon, they have a parade and show in which I’m sure kids will really enjoy watching it. They are so cute in their Christmas themed outfits.

We also have the chance to take a picture with them. So happy.

During winter months, the daylight is very short but don’t worry because this park has something to offer even the sun says good bye to you. Enjoy those lights. I enjoyed riding the carousel at night by the way.

I know it is very cold when you visit Everland in winter months. Good thing, when you are all freezing out outside, you could visit their Christmas Themed houses and take shots for your Instagram.
